If you are an organization

If you’re running a Tier 1 or Tier 2 esports team and investing in your roster, a performance coach can make a significant difference if you’re experiencing any of the following:

  • Your scrim quality is inconsistent.
  • Your players lose motivation over issues that shouldn’t derail a professional team.
  • The team struggles to perform under pressure when it matters most. They play way better in scrims than in officials.
  • On paper, your roster should be achieving much better results.
  • You’ve already tried multiple solutions, but nothing seems to create lasting improvement.
  • Team cohesion is weaker than it should be.
  • The project has stalled, despite your ambitions remaining as high as ever.
  • You’re simply tired of seeing your team’s potential go unrealized.

If several of these points sound familiar, the problem may no longer be your players’ talent, it may be the performance systems surrounding them.

A proven performance coach can help unlock the level your roster is actually capable of reaching.

“But I don’t have the money to pay a performance coach”

If your team is facing several of these issues, you’re not just losing games, you’re losing the return on one of your biggest investments.

A roster worth $300k can end up delivering the performance of an $80k roster if its potential never translates into results.

Many organizations see hiring a performance coach as an additional expense.

In reality, the real expense is investing hundreds of thousands into talented players without giving them the environment they need to perform at their full potential.
If you want to put a number on it, look at your results with your current roster.

Now ask yourself:
What if you had won just a few more official matches?
What if you had converted the tournaments you were expected to win?
How much additional sponsorship revenue would that have generated?
How much would it have increased your organization’s visibility, credibility, and perceived value?

This number is the real cost of not doing what it takes for your roster to perform. The cost of underperforming is far greater than the cost of fixing the underlying issues.

What is the real problem you are facing?

Across every esports organization I’ve worked with, I kept seeing the same pattern: an outdated approach to performance.

Many organizations still believe that success comes from signing the best players, paying the highest salaries, and providing world-class facilities.
Those things matter, but they’re not enough anymore.

The real issue is rarely a lack of talent.
It’s a lack of clarity.

If you can’t accurately identify what’s holding your team back, you’re left making decisions based on assumptions: trying one solution after another and hoping something eventually works.

Performance improves much faster when decisions are driven by evidence rather than guesswork.

Why should you bring in an experienced performance coach sooner rather than later?

Because the issue is rarely that your roster only looked good on paper.

More often, the challenge is understanding what actually enables a talented team to consistently perform at its highest level.

Without that understanding, every decision becomes a gamble.
Maybe replacing a player will help.
Maybe changing the coaching staff will.
Maybe the next split will simply go better.

Sometimes those changes do produce short-term results, but if the underlying causes remain unidentified, the same problems have a tendency to resurface.

High performance is not built on luck.
It comes from identifying the right problems, measuring them accurately, and systematically improving the factors that truly drive performance.

The sooner you understand what’s really holding your team back, the sooner every other decision becomes easier, and far more effective.

Why should I hire you and not another performance coach?

Because what you actually need is experience and clarity, and not “just another performance coach”.

Let’s be real here. Most performance coach work in the dark.

You can’t measure their impact.
You can’t measure the benefits they are supposed to provide.
You can’t measure the speed at which things are improving.

And when you finally muster the courage to ask for some accountability, their replies are always the same:

  • My work takes time, it’s normal that there is no visible improvement
  • You can’t rush these things, it will take months!
  • Human beings are complicated
  • I cannot guarantee results, I can only guarantee that I will try my best to fix the team.

And you know what?

You will accept these lame ass excuses, because you do not have the skills required to verbalize what you actually feel about the quality of their intervention.

What you want to say is: “I think you are fucking useless.”

As a decision-maker, you’re left wondering whether the intervention is genuinely creating value, or whether you’re simply being asked to keep believing.

As a decision-maker, you are required to measure the effectiveness of each of your investments in order to make informed decisions.

And the reality is:

  • if you cannot measure a coach’s impact, you also cannot distinguish an excellent coach from a mediocre one.
  • If the impact of an intervention cannot be measured, how can an organization know whether it’s working or not?

How do I actually work?

Dashboard

If you are:

  • a head coach
  • a manager
  • a general manager
  • or a CEO

…you won’t be asked to simply trust the process.

You’ll have access to a performance dashboard designed to make my impact transparent and measurable.

Instead of relying on intuition, you’ll be able to track whether meaningful progress is actually happening.

Resilience, tilt management, emotional regulation, motivation, trust, team cohesion, and the other key drivers of elite performance are monitored through concrete indicators.

The goal isn’t just to collect data.
It’s to give you the clarity to make better decisions, faster.

You’ll know what’s improving, what isn’t, and more importantly, why.

Weekly meeting

Every week, we schedule a 30-minute alignment meeting with the organization’s decision-makers.

During this meeting, I explain:

  • what I’m working on
  • what outcomes you should expect
  • how we’ll measure whether the intervention is working.

It’s also your opportunity to share what you’ve observed, raise new concerns, and highlight areas you’d like us to improve.

The goal is simple: you’ll never be left wondering what I’m doing or whether it’s creating value.

You won’t have to chase me for updates or hold me accountable. I come to you with the data, the progress, and the next steps.

This gives your leadership team the clarity needed to make fast, informed decisions. The kind of decisions high-performance environments demand.

Knowledge base

Every week, I update a knowledge base that is accessible to the organization’s decision-makers.

Every identified issue is documented.
Every intervention is described precisely.
Every successful solution is explained so that it can be reproduced in the future.

The objective isn’t just to solve today’s problems.
The objective is to ensure your organization becomes better equipped to solve tomorrow’s.

One of the biggest challenges in esports is that expertise often leaves with the expert.

A coach, a manager, or a player moves on, and the organization finds itself repeating the same mistakes because nothing was documented.

In mature industries, this is standard practice:
Knowledge is captured, shared, and continuously expanded so that the organization grows stronger over time, not weaker.

By building this knowledge base, your staff develops a deeper understanding of high performance and becomes increasingly capable of identifying and solving future challenges independently.

During my last mission, over a 7-week period:

  • 49 unique performance issues were identified
  • 43 were fully resolved
  • 2 were resolved but required continued reinforcement
  • 1 was only partially addressed
  • 3 were intentionally left untouched because they were not priorities

By the end of the project, the organization didn’t just have a stronger team.
It had a documented framework explaining what it takes to build and sustain a high-performance environment.

Important

My approach is fully autonomous. I do not require additional support or resources from the organization to deliver the outcomes and deliverables described above.

All one-on-one sessions with players are strictly confidential.

Team sessions may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Whenever a session is recorded, all participants are informed in advance.

Various information about me

I have been doing this work at T1 level for 5 years. I can only communicate on projects that were not under NDA (2024, 2025, 2026).

Available for both on-site and remote missions. Able to relocate as well.

And yes, I charge premium rates.
Because you’re not paying for my time.
You’re paying for clarity, better decisions, faster progress, and measurable improvements.

If you evaluate a performance coach solely by their fee rather than by the value they create, we’re probably not the right fit.
